In the traditional spirit of Gotong-Royong (meaning "mutual aid" in Malay), Sharp-Roxy Corporation (M) Sdn. Bhd. and Sharp Manufacturing Corporation (M) Sdn. Bhd. (SRC and SMM: manufacturing companies in Malaysia) conducted cleanup activities on April 12.

About 300 people participated in the activity, with the cooperation of the local town council and an auto company. They cleaned drains and swept the main streets of the town.

SRC and SMM plan to conduct Gotong-Royong activities continuously to improve environmental awareness of their employees and built good relations with the local community.
